Press Release Body: Applied Knowledge Group (AKG) had announced a new strategic
partnership with IDV Solutions, creators of Visual Fusion Suite® (VFS). In this
partnership, AKG will be working with IDV's software to help develop user friendly
geospatial SharePoint solutions for clients. This software allows organizations to
see their data holistically and increase productivity, efficiency, and return on
their technology investments. Both AKG and IDV Solutions focus on collaboration and
information management solutions built on a Microsoft platform. This partnership
will aid in offering clients the right solutions for their needs.

AKG uses VFS to provide a major data visualization tool for SharePoint users.
Seamless integration of the VFS and mapping tools with SharePoint gives end users
the ability to use SharePoint lists to create real-time changes on geographic
displays. Data visualization allows users to more quickly understand the
interrelationship of various data elements and see the impact of changes
dynamically.

Andy Campbell, AKG's president noted, "We believe that the combination of a powerful
